Founder & Chief Experience Officer
Tami Gaines is a senior marketing strategist, brand builder, and human experience designer with more than 25 years of experience transforming how companies go to market — and how consumers experience them. She holds an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business and a BA from Tufts University, and has built and led marketing organizations at some of the most recognized names in consumer products, media, and technology.
Tami's corporate career spans new product launches, brand repositioning, market research, and go-to-market strategy at some of the world's most recognized organizations. As Director of B2B Content Strategy at ADP, she built and scaled the entire content operations function for a division from the ground up. At Microsoft, she developed global content strategies for the commercial cloud portfolio — Microsoft 365 and Teams — across multiple regions and audience segments. At Meta, she led global content and training strategy for the B2B Economic Impact program, a multi-year initiative expanding economic opportunity for women and underrepresented communities across 30+ markets worldwide. Earlier in her career, as Director of Global Marketing at American Safety Razor, she transformed a century-old manufacturing company into a modern CPG organization, negotiated a landmark licensing deal with Revlon, and drove 30–52% brand growth across national distribution channels. Additional clients include Unilever, Goldman Sachs, Colgate-Palmolive, HBO/Warner Bros. Discovery, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Equally at home in human experience design, Tami has served as a corporate trainer, executive coach, and experience strategist for major health systems and enterprises — applying journey mapping, behavioral design, and organizational transformation to deliver measurable outcomes. She brings this same human-centered discipline to every retail concept she creates.
